I've been remodeling homes in Northeast Ohio since 1999. Not as a franchise. Not as a regional chain. As a local craftsman who knows these neighborhoods, knows these homeowners, and knows the standards that the most thoughtfully maintained homes in Summit County deserve.
My wife Erin and I raise our four kids here in Cuyahoga Falls. Our children go to Woodridge schools. We're part of this community, not just a contractor passing through it. When I take on a project in Hudson or Bath or Fairlawn, I'm working on the kind of home I want to be proud of for the next 40 years as I drive past it.

Yes. AK Renovations is fully licensed and carries comprehensive general liability and workers compensation insurance in the state of Ohio. We are happy to provide certificates of insurance before any project begins.
For most kitchen and bathroom remodels, you can stay in your home. We use dust containment barriers, staged work schedules, and daily cleanup to keep disruption minimal. We'll be upfront during your consultation if your specific project requires any temporary relocation.
